Since inception Gippsreal has advanced and managed over $400 million of mortgage loans.

The team at Gippsreal Limited have extensive experience in mortgage lending supported by two independent Directors with business management and legal backgrounds. The Responsible Manager is supported by Senior Management in both the Lending and Investment departments with combined knowledge, expertise and experience in excess of 50 years.

Gippsreal holds an Australian Financial Services Licence No. 219612 to act as the Responsible Entity and Custodian of the Gippsreal Mortgage Investment Scheme (ARSN 091 849 482) managing funds on behalf of investors.
